B2B2C’s surcharge protection is there to offer you peace of mind. It includes not only a low per Go price and a limit on what we can charge you for additional transfer in one month on ALL our plans, but also a commitment to clear your charges retroactively for the previous month’s surcharge when upgrading to a higher value plan.
* Monthly prices shown reflect the promotions indicated. The activation fees displayed reflect in their case the application of an $44.00 promotional rebate for Fiber TTN 10 and 50 Mb/s services and $84.00 for Fiber TTN 15 and 25 Mb/s services (i.e. the economic benefit). The $44 rebate will be immediately applied to the regular activation fee. In the case of the $84 rebate, it will be applied in the form of monthly $7 credits during the 12 first months. The two promotions are subject to an acquisition period of 12 months. This promotion may have to be repaid, in whole or in part, if the subscription is not active at least 12 months (i.e. the vesting period). This discount is applied at the time of the order or may also be spread over the first year. Some restrictions apply. Contact us for more details.
One time $19.95 shipping and handling fee.
** The displayed monthly fee reflects the application of a $10 monthly rebate for the first 3 full billing periods. The monthly internet rate of $54.95 will apply as of the 4th month.
A dry line is included with Fiber FTTN services. DSL access requires a phone line, not included. A dry line to replace a standard telephone line can be ordered separately.
+ Speed delivered on a given access may be less than indicated, because it depends notably on the distance between the connection point and the central office or the traffic on the local loop.
