On November 6th, the new Subscriber Arera will come out of its beta phase! Our team worked very hard to finalize the new site for you. We would like to thank all the customers who participated in the beta and all of you who took the time to send us an error report or your suggestions.
Now we will go further
Change doesn’t stop with this new version. With a mobile-friendly interface and a transaction-ready architecture, we have plans to do more. Our team is working on additions requested by many of you:
- List of your active services with additional information on each.
- Services installation tracking, including installation appointments
- Online payment method change, including credit card renewals
- A simplified move of your services
And for our business customers, adding a more comprehensive management interface for users and administrators of the Virtuoso telephone service.
We can’t wait to announce the release of each of these additions.

As of November 6th, a new panel at the bottom of the login page will invite you to navigate to a new page of our FAQ entitled “Welcome to your Subscriber Area”. This new section provides a guided tour of the new customer portal.
For a limited time
If you still want to access to the old Subscriber Area, a hyperlink will be available on the login page to reach it. If you need help to access to the old portal, please visit the following page of our FAQ: ” How to access the old Subscriber Area? “.
However, please note that the hyperlink to the old Subscriber Area will be available only until January 15, 2019. After this period, the old platform will be disabled for all our customers.
