 Assisted installation (during a pandemic)

A technician will perform the required installation work from outside the home. If indoor work is required, the technician will explain how you can do it remotely. The technician will enter your home only when it is absolutely necessary and if he considers the risk factors for contagion to be reasonable. More than one visit may be required to complete the installation.

FTTN access requires a phone line, not included. A dry line to replace a standard telephone line can be ordered separately.
