We will send you a self-installation kit with the equipment and instructions you will need. If you experience any difficulties or have any questions, you can contact our technical support.

Method 2: Assisted installation

B2B2C High Speed Cable Internet Access has the largest coverage in Quebec. The personalized assistance service is there to help you and allows you to obtain full satisfaction of the services offered by your Internet Provider. A technician will perform the required installation work from outside the home. More than one visit may be required to complete the installation.  

During a pandemic, if indoor work is required, the technician will explain how you can do it remotely. The technician will enter your home only when it is absolutely necessary and if he considers the risk factors for contagion to be reasonable.

It includes not only a low per Go price and a limit on what we can charge you for additional transfer in one month on ALL our plans, but also a commitment to clear your charges retroactively for the previous month’s surcharge when upgrading to a higher value plan.

Cable access does not require an active cable television access. If none exists, one will be installed with the service at no additional cost.
